Despite their most impressive statistical performance yet this season, The King's College Women's Volleyball team was upended last night by the Davis College Falcons. Davis took the first set 25-21 for a 1-0 lead before jumping to a 2-0 lead with a 25-18 score in the second set. TKC battled back to take set three by the score of 25-18, but the Falcons closed things out with a 25-20 fourth set score to close out the match.
Senior Grace Croley had 10 kills and 13 digs for TKC, freshman Marina Barham had 5 kills and 12 digs, sophomore Taylor Wheeler had an incredible 25 assists, junior Dekka Hunley had 11 kills and 14 digs, freshman Annabelle Kopack had 4 kills and 11 digs and freshman Savannah White had 13 digs. Davis was led by the balanced play of Kaitlin Schue and Linnea Sweeney as Davis improved their record to 3-4 while The King's College falls to 0-4.
