Knowles Scores 25, But Second Half Surge Stuns Men's Basketball

Sophomore Trivette Knowles scored 25 points and freshman Jonathan Stevens added 21, but it was not enough as Cooper Union defeated The King's College 91-73. Behind the scoring of Knowles and Stevens, King's held a 39-35 halftime lead.

However, in the second half Cooper Union outscored TKC 56-34 to win the game 91-73. Cooper Union was led by Stephen Tang with 22 points, Andrew Bunyan with 34 points and Andrew Keane with 22 points.

TKC Coach Bill Managarelli used all 13 of his players with 9 of them finding the scoresheet, but the Lions had no answers defensively for Cooper Union in the second half.
