The King's College Cross Country Team opened up their season at the Queensborough Invitational on the historic course at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx on Sunday.
Team captain Micah Paulec posted a personal best time of 33:52 shaving over three minutes off his previous time (37:00) at the same course last year. Micah placed 101st in a field of 227 runners.
NEXT UP: On Saturday the team will compete at the Bard Raptors Invitational at Bard College in Annandale-On-Hudson, New York.
