The King's College cross country program has a special place in my heart. When I started the team in 2012 it only consisted of me and 2 other students. We would run through the streets of New York City to train, compete against teams over 4 times our size, and do anything we could to convince other TKC athletes to race with us. I'm overjoyed to see how far this program has come in just 4 years and am excited for it's future.

The 2016 team, led by Captain Charles O'Brien, consists of the finest students TKC has to offer. They're up at the crack of dawn to train, give it their all at practice, and have the potential to achieve incredible things.
