Women's Volleyball Falls to Pratt

On Thursday night The King's College Women's Volleyball Team took the short trip over to Brooklyn to take on the Pratt Institute Cannoneers in a Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletics Conference contest.

Pratt prevailed in three sets 25-17, 25-14, 25-14 for a 3-0 victory as the young Lady Lions continue to try to improve in each game. Pratt was led by Marlena Todd who had 11 kills and Talya Polat who had 20 assists. TKC senior Grace Croley had 6 kills and 5 digs, junior Dekka Hunley had 2 kills and 10 digs and freshman Isabelle Minano had a double double effort with 10 assists and 12 digs.

The loss dropped TKC to 0-7 overall and 0-4 in the HVIAC while Pratt improved to 8-2 overall and 2-0 in HVIAC play.

UP NEXT: Next Thursday 10/13 TKC will head back to Brooklyn to take on the St. Joseph's College Bears in a non-conference game.
